    "Cancellation Policy"

    30 days advance notice:
    Deposit is refundable less $25 processing fee per cabin.
    14 day advance notice:
    Deposit is refundable less $50 processing fee per cabin. If notified after14 days of reservation: No Refund

    All balance charges are payable at check-in by cash unless prior arrangements have been made.
