It's Summer in the foothills of North Carolina.....

The Blue Ridge Mountains are alive with green foliage and beautiful flowers. Mornings are comfortable for sitting on the porch swing... sipping your favorite beverage and watching the hummingbirds feed. Days are hot, and after a day of sightseeing or shopping, a swim in the "Cement Pond" is certainly refreshing. Plan a picnic at our beautiful "Hidden Falls", under the shade of the trees, feeling the cool mist coming from the Falls as it's water plummets over and down the 100 ft drop.
